DescriptionThe Company: The company is one of the largest of its kind in USA, consumer services, operating in 3 states. Seeking local or near-by state candidates.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages the Business Operations Managers for the KY and IN region. Reviews and analyzes monthly financial variances to present to NY corporate headquarters. Ensures compliance with company internal control policies and procedures. Works on areas of weakness with Site Managers. Oversees all quarterly SOX testing and compliance.
Requires:
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business or related degree. MBA a plus.
8-15 years experience in financial and operational capacities.
Business Operations Management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with at all levels of the organization.
Strong Analytical and interpretive ability is required.
Experience with inventory and cash balancing a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Proficient in report writing tools.
Detail oriented with proven multitask ability
Strong leadership skills both in direct and matrix environments.
